Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is the largest of all the rooms. The master exits to an exterior balcony overlooking the pool deck below, boat dock and canal. The exterior balcony is equipped with extensive seating and lounge furniture on the first floor. The master has a work desk and a make-up desk with a mirror. There is a large flat screen LED television and surround sound speakers located in the ceiling that work via a sonos music controller. The master has a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, large soaking tub and shower that connects to a wooden floating outdoor shower.

Bedroom two
Bedroom two bedroom is located on the first floor. It exits to an exterior balcony overlooking the pool deck below, boat dock and canal. The exterior balcony is equipped with extensive seating and lounge furniture on the first floor. There is a large flat screen LED television. There is a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The room can be arranged with a king bed or two single beds.

Bedroom three
Bedroom three is a kid’s room with built in bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double and the top bunk is a single. There is a large ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower. The room exits to an exterior balcony overlooking the pool deck below, boat dock and canal and has extensive exterior seating. The exterior balcony is equipped with extensive seating and lounge furniture on the first floor.

Bedroom four
Bedroom four is a king room located on the ground floor. It exits to a private exterior balcony overlooking the property’s lush gardens to the west. There is a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower.

Bedrooms five & six
Bedrooms five and six make up the guest house that sits separately to the main house and comes with its very own kitchen and living room space. Each of the two bedrooms offer guests king size beds with large ensuite bathrooms and a private exterior balcony overlooking the gardens. One of the bedrooms can also be arranged as a twin room with two single beds.
